Diner On 12 - Mishawaka

Went here today for the special breakfast tasting they had today, my second visit ever. It was delish and I loved the idea of the tasting bc you get to sample it all! Great idea! Love love loved the breakfast egg roll, the home made blueberry oatmeal, the corned beef hash, b&g was good, can't go wrong with fresh fruit. The French toast was a little more eggy then I like but not bad! Loved the granola too and the lemon pastry! (I guess I pigged out lol)

I absolutely love this local business. Kate, the owner, is fantasticly friendly. As is the rest of her staff. The food is top quality and the portions are plentiful. I have yet to leave feeling anything other than stuffed. I go in about once a week now, if not more, because the food and friendly service have me hooked. Pair those two valuable varieables with it also being a locally owned diner and it's hard to beat!

Just experienced some of the wonderful sandwiches and loaded fries and oh....my....Lord in Heaven!! Delicious!! We all got a different sandwich so we could try a bit of everything and they all were so good! We have been wanting to try this place for quite a while, as we heard the owners were related to Frankie 's in Niles. If you remember them, they had THE BEST ham sandwich EVER!! Since we know the stacked ham will be phenomenal, tonight, we tried the Philly Cheese Steak, Pork Tenderloin and Italian Beef and all were stacked with overflowing meat!! We are extremely happy with each sandwich and the loaded fries were the bomb!! This is our new 'secret ' place to treat ourselves! Also, great people, wonderful service and a very friendly and comfortable Diner! Can 't wait to try the rest of the menu!!

My son and I love this place. The food is so good and you get a lot of it. The staff is always friendly and amazing.

We love 12th street diner!! Awesome food, great workers, the owner really takes the time to make every customer feel very welcomed and want to definitely return!! Love this place!! Will definitely return every chance we get!!!
