Country Chicken Rice - Miri

Form when I was a child so far, the charity did not change. I really love the soup. For me they serve the best steamed chicken rice! But it's crowded during the day.

Decent nasi ayam. Very very cheap. Probably the cheapest in Miri. They served roasted, steam and kicap (soy sauce). The rice is fragrant and soft and the chicken is tender... The also served chicken liver and gizzard... Good food..

I give them 5 stars for their consistency of cheapest, good portion of chicken rice in Miri. The meat for roasted and steamed chicken is tenderly soft, even the roasted chicken breast meat is tender and soft. No weight on the broken rice, it is still savory nutty, risotto-like texture. In addition, one serving chicken rice only RM3.80, dirt cheap right? The only drawback is the chili sauce. It is too diluted and no spicy taste. If they can serve spicy hot sauce, that would be the best!

A loyal customer since my high school days back 10 years! We (2 pax) could easily settle for half a chicken with additional accessories. The muted chicken quality, texture and taste did not deteriorate over the years, yet soft, resilient and rich in taste. The price is still so reasonable! Definitely for more!
