Pollo Tropical - Miramar

Staff is great. Restaurant overall looks very clean as well as the restrooms. The food however lacks taste as it’s all bland. Where’s the citrus marinated chicken I grew up with what about those seasoned black beans where did they go?! The rice is a ball of sticky rice the yellow rice as well it’s as if they added no salt or a bit of oil to cook the rice. I was so disappointed pollo tropical is not what it used to be. I hope they get seasonings back on to season and marinate the food. It all tasted like water. It wasn’t good pollo tropical please please do the customers right once again by cooking good food. Also, survey code is incorrect so I couldn’t let you guys know privately of what occurred.

After a long day at work I decided to stop at Pollo to get a simple vegetarian TropiChop bowl. They didn't have all the toppings I requested. So I settled for two toppings. They took it upon themselves to add bell peppers (which I am allergic to) and onions. As soon as I opened the plate I knew everything was wrong. Almost $12 in the wastebin as I was unable to eat it.

I don't shop at pollo tropical .I went for a lunch and the drive thru lady looked annoyed at my questions about the meal and got bothered when I asked for forks knives and sauces. Service is terrible here

An excellent restaurant! Good food and good customer service

I eat at this place at least twice a week and 9/10 they dont give you what you order and their CS is bad… I still go there because is the closest place to my job but dont recommend it.
