Bidra med feedbackExcellent service, clean , friendly staff . The food came out quick and was delicious. I ordered the palomilla steak with white rice, black beans, tostones for dinner. For dessert I got the flan de caramelo with an espresso. Everything was delicious well seasoned and cooked to my liking. If you’re looking for good Cuban food, I suggest coming here .

Every Tuesday, on a weekly basis, I order their “ajiaco jumbo” to-go. Lately they’ve stopped including meat to the ajiaco’s container. The container, now only brings broth and a few small vegetables. Im thinking that it may be their approach to maximize revenue, or to save the (unsold food) from the day, for the staff bring home. The problem is that over the weekend the cost of this item was increased from $9.95 to $13.95, and the quality remained the same (no meat) included on stew’s container. Normally no one checks these things until one gets home. (too late by then) Today, i spoke with Giovanny (the manager /Miramar location) and showed him that the only meat that was included in the container, were two small pieces of pork fat. His demeaning was unapologetic. He simply took the container from my hands without saying a word, left to the kitchen and sent someone else back, to hand me a container of (ajiaco) Giovanny was completely dismissive to the issue at hand. His lack of professionalism and courtesy was of great disappointment. It saddens me to see that someone like him is running a place that handles food. very mediocre individual, managing and couching staff to be honest and respectful.
I ordered to go but the restaurant seemed very nice. I gave the food 4 stars because I ordered the ceviche and the avocado was missing. The portion wasn’t so big but perhaps because I ordered to go.
