Mcdonald's Minto

Can you guys please please learn how to make fries? I have never had such horrible fries from any McDonald’s they are normally OK. I have consistently had this issue with this McDonald’s at minto . We live a five minute walk away and grab take out from your restaurant when we are short of time. Your fries are always soggy, no salt and cold… every single time without fail. Worth the drive to Woodbine or Ingleburn McDonald’s for edible food I guess.

Woman at the windows refused me service because I was on a motocycle even though I only wanted to order a big mac then told me that i needed to hop of my motocycle and push it weighting 190kg back up an incline to get out of drive through because she wasnt going to service me due to being on a motocycle, bloke ahead of me placed my order for me and paid for it, to whoever you are thankyou again

Drive thru girl was so impatient and disruptive when we were ordering. Cut my hubby off during his order ALOT with 'will that be all '. Can tell she didn 't want to be there her attitude said it all. Food is getting colder and the chips are getting stale.

Overall, I would rate this place as follows: Food: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Atmosphere: 4/5 The experience was quite enjoyable!
