Pizza Hut - Mint Hill

This place is terrible! The interior is dirty, run down and the employees play around a lot or go outside and smoke cigarettes when they should cook the food that causes long waiting times. The food smells like chemicals and looks like someone just threw it in the box! This place must be closed or under New Management. Health department must enter

Waited 5 minutes exactly) at the switch in front of the employee who saw me entering) came out of smoking. She was the first to recognise my presence.

Employees was very rude. Was to busy giving away free food to there friends instead of getting the food that the paying customers. Left food in the warmer and tried to give me burnt pasta. Told me it was in the warmer for five mins when I was clearly sitting there and watched her put it in 20 mins before. I will never go back to this place. Needs to be shut down!

I had to pick up my order curbside at this restaurant, and while they brought out my pizza promptly, they forgot to include the cinnamon sticks. However, after a brief wait, the manager personally brought them out and apologized for the oversight, even offering us a complimentary drink to make up for the inconvenience. I will definitely be returning as a customer, as everything was above and beyond my expectations with a perfect 10/10 rating!

I don't understand the negative reviews about this place. I dine here regularly and never encounter any issues. The pizza is consistently delicious and the restaurant appears to be well-maintained. It seems like a few people are just being overly critical.
