Bojangles - Mint Hill

I asked for three orders of cookies and they gave me three cookies . Not six.

I visited this Bojangles at 7:45 PM on 4/13/2024.A worker who I assumed was the manager (he was barking orders at everyone) was being extremely mean and condescending to his employees. My cashier was trying his best to do all of his multiple tasks and I've never seen a manager be so publicly mean to their employees like this manager was behaving. The manager wasn't wearing a name tag, but it was a male in his late 20s or early 30s.

They have automatic system through the drive-through that stay your order

Purchased a 12 piece meal to feed for Easter. The chicken and biscuits were excellent. The fixins were not good. Slaw half full, fries half full and not seasoned. Mashed potatoes half full. Also about 2 spoon full of gravey. Didn't have enough for 4 people to have fixins. $41.00

They seemed to be short-staffed, even at peak lunchtime. My order was just...forgotten? I guess? I waited a long time, until the nice older gentleman keeping the dining area straight and clean went to the back and put our meals together. He felt bad, too, so gave us some free blueberry biscuits. Kudos to him; wish I'd gotten his name to say thanks again. Dining room was mostly empty and gentleman was keeping it neat tidy.
