Tri-Tip was tasteful with a beautiful smoke ring, I didn't have it long enough to make a picture. I'm going back.
I'm not disappointed! eating is always as great as the time before! it is difficult to find this resistance in foods here in minot. good work monty!
Fortunately, central tx bbq in minot have made it difficult to beat.
