A good and usually fast place to get a sandwich. If you need speed, don't go on windy days because they can't always hear you, so you need to order up to the window.

Always top notch never had a bad experience at any Jimmy John's.

Get the freak out of here! Just bought food from here and I won 't even eat it for sure! The fowl language and trashy people that work here! Get it together Jimmy John 's! This isn 't freaky fast ist freaky gross!!! The one lady that helped was super nice and deserves her own restaurant! She is a sweetheart! All I could here inside was profanity and n this n that how does that work with half people being black and half people being white! Get it together Jimmy!!! Only reason you got two stars was because the girl that served me was super nice. Look at the filth. Garbage cans over flowing!! Come on!

It’s really annoying that you have specific sections for order instructions when making an online order. How hard is it to follow those instructions? If I say please don’t knock on the door, that probably means don’t ring the door bell either. I ask for no ice and still always recieve ice. I always tip the drivers, but unfortunately it’s about to stop if they can’t follow the directions that they request. Also how am I suppose to drink a fountain drink without a straw….. Jesus.. get it together.

A few weeks ago I received poor service over the phone, so I hung up, and ordered online. I figured someone was just having a bad day. Today I ordered online, and after a half an hour I called in to cancel my order; as I had prior plans. I was told that it's out for delivery now, even though my order online did not show that. I ended up canceling my order regardless. Update: I ordered jimmy johns again, I don't know why.... anyways I waited a half an hour only to receive the wrong sandwich, I had to wait another twenty minutes for them to bring me the right one. When the driver showed up I received my sandwich, and was asked to GIVE THEM BACK THE OTHER SANDWICH......so I had to dig it out of the trash, and hand him the wrong sandwich that was almost an hour old. My correct sandwich was gross and soggy, tomatoes were old, and it tasted sour. I will not be ordering from either jimmy johns again. It's a shame I can't give zero stars. I don't know what it going on over there but you guys need to get your shop together, I use to never have any problems.
