Taco Bell - Minot Air Force Base

They forgot steak on my burrito three times! That to me is that no more substitutes because they simply cannot process orders with deviation from the set menu. I have no idea where they forget to read or what but they need to train better to not forget the stuff people pay extra for. I didn’t complain the two times but the 3rd time I had to go up there and be that girl. It sucks to be the person correcting a mistake.I love my taco bell but dread having to come to this one. Two stars are for the nice workers and the other one is for when they did get my order right.

My experience was awful. The restaurant was dirty, the food took too long to come out (30-45 minutes), and not only did I not receive all of my order, but what I did get was not prepared properly. I do not recommend going to this restaurant in Minot, and you would be better off going to Taco John's instead.

I don't know where they keep missing it, but they need better training to remember the extras people pay for. I didn't say anything the first two times, but I had to speak up the third time. It's frustrating when they can't fix a mistake. I usually love Taco Bell, but I hate when this happens. I'm giving two stars for the friendly staff and the other star is when they finally get my order correct.

The order was accurate and the service was quick, although a bit cold. Overall, it was what you would expect for a cheap and quick meal.
