My boyfriend, who frequently DoorDashes from there, always comments on how friendly the employees are and how clean the place is.

My experience was exactly what you would expect from a Taco Bell. The food was classic Taco Bell fare, the service was what you’d anticipate, and the ambiance screamed Taco Bell. The presence of bulletproof glass certainly adds to the unusual vibe, especially at night. During the evening hours, orders must be placed at kiosks, which can lead to wait times, but the service itself is fairly quick. They also only offer takeout at night, locking up the tables in the back.
