Prairie Kitchen - Minneapolis

A night full of big talks about great drinks. Evan, who was attentive and personal, made us very welcome and took care of during our first time in this great city. I recommend ordering the classics. Cheers!

Good bar food for a hotel. The price was decent not overly inflated like a lot of hotels. A little odd you have to order everything at the bar and they give you a number. Not sure if that's because of staffing issues or not. Nice stop after a event.

Food was great, It's alright for the price. Service was poor. We ended up waiting about an hour before we had to ask where our friends food was and they forgot about it. The waitresses looked confused on where the food wen't even though there were numbered table signs.

It's not disgusting. But I'd prefer my quesadillas not soggy, my cheese curds not over cooked and looking like the leftovers of someone else's meal, their website working so I can get updates on the menu, and not so tough of brisket. I've eaten here a few times over the past year and I've yet to be impressed or feel like it was at least worth it.

Bought a burger here and was mostly bright pink all the way through. Had to cook it myself in the microwave for another 3.5 minutes.
