Pizza Man - Minneapolis

The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. My pizza arrived over an hour late and when I called to inquire about it, the manager was very rude to me. I experienced terrible customer service and vowed to treat him in the same way I would at my job as a diesel mechanic.

Love? Pizza man. Always get big sauce, pepperoni and green olives.

This restaurant had the most disrespectful and offensive way of answering the phone. The staff was incredibly rude and discourteous. I decided to cancel my order due to their behavior, and the person I spoke to was even more rude and intolerable. I will never dine at this establishment again.

This pizza was the worst I've ever had – it was all crust! I mentioned this to the restaurant staff but they didn't seem to care or apologize. I didn't see a thin-crust option on the menu, but I've never had such a problem with excessive crust at any other pizza place before. My gums were hurting after eating just two slices, mostly because of the thick crust. I will never order from this pizza place again.

Owners here are amazing. My food is ALWAYS hot fresh and fast. I've actually took the time before to watch them make it which they offer to anyone you can see it and it's actually homemade. Everything is fresh right there before your eyes. Real people making real food. You can customize your food how YOU want it. Keep in mind people where else can you see the ingredients of what your eating. You can here no secrets. Recommend you try. If your going to eat carbs may aswell make them fresh and taste good.
