Pizza Hut - Minneapolis

My breadsticks were not cooked very well and had no seasoning on them like they typically have.

I'm in the pizza shop now because my order was wrong. When I put my order in the store, the cashier told me that she gave us the wrong order because she didn't have the items we demanded. The cash that helped us keep her running nose, all the time she helped. Then we told us that he told manager to give us our order wrong and said that she would give us an apple cake. The staff went in and out of the shop with the same kitchen gloves. The store smells bad. Staff said more curse words than I can count. Managament really needs to look at the cameras and talk to employees about their behavior and lack of professionalism. Worse experience ever.

I ordered a pizza Nov. 21st at 9:32 pm. The lady said it would take 40 50 minutes. The pizza arrived at 11:20. Almost 2 hours later. The pizza was disgusting. They sent a replacement pizza today and it was seriously under cooked. Still disgusting. That was the first and last time I will ever get a pizza from Pizza Hut

The wrong pizza was delivered. I ordered a 12" Pepperoni Lovers Pizza, but it was made as a regular pepperoni instead. This was quite disappointing, especially given the nearly $10 price difference.

I placed an online order at 8:39 PM, and was informed that it would take 90 to 100 minutes. An hour later, the pizza tracker showed no progress on my order and it still stated "creating your order." I called the store at 10:30 PM because I was concerned. They were nearby, but I got a recorded message saying they were closed and if I had an existing order, they were working to fulfill it. It also advised to call during regular business hours for further questions. Now it's 11:39 PM, and I'm really worried! My kids are hungry, and I had to consider other options by that point. I'm now afraid I’ll wake up to a pizza and wings sitting on my doorstep, frozen in the box. If I call tomorrow and there’s still no resolution, I swear I will never order pizza again—anywhere! This experience has been extremely frustrating.
