Bidra med feedbackOur first time here. We had a wonderful server who suggested some good food. Everything was delicious. We order beef and pork bulgogi, bibimbap and calamari stir fry. Bonchons were complementary. It?s a bit pricey, but if you go in a group it?sreasonable. Must try place in Minneapolis.
Had a great experience! Went there for my birthday with my family. First time too also! The host was very friendly and I would also recommend booking a reservation in advance if all possible. Nice that they remain open late, but they still can be verybusy. No menu, everything is online by scanning the QRC code on the table. Or, we never asked for one cause we saw the QRC codeon the table. We did the korean bbq and had ordered the thick pork belly, marinated beef short ribs, bugolgi, some veggies andfried chicken wings with white rice. All comes with side dishes. All very good! We also ordered a lychee saku and it is nice toknow it comes with a lychee fruit in it too (all in the silver pitcher, can?t see). Place looks clean and decent. Our waiter wasvery nice too! The reason why only 4 stars, street/meter parking only, no valet either. If busy, food/drinks can be delay, understandable.
Make sure u have a reservation b4 going. They are busy for seating. They still take in walk ins, but the wait will b long. 1st time going back since covid. For some reason, the food just didn't taste the same. Maybe it's our taste buds, but we didn'tleave feeling satisfied. Overall, food looks good n yummy but taste was ok. Service was fantastic for being a very busy night. Our waitress was friendly, patience n outgoing.
The food is OK. The service is AWFUL! We didn?t have a fixed server literally so it just depended on who had the mood to serve. We asked for rice many times. Every server we tried to stop by said OK but didn?t come back. When we almost finishedeverything, the rice came. No one changed our grill tray even if it was so burned like the picture showed. One server wastalking on phone. He just came, threw the bill on our table and left. They also charged 2.29$ for each bowl of rice. The managerexplained that they were busy, but when we were having the meal, there were just 9 tables with 4 servers.
While in the Cities we found a place called Hoban Korean BBQ. We had to try as my cat's name is Hoban. lol It was our final destination for dinner for our trip to the Cities. It was a little weird when we went to the place. It didn't look open, and wedidn't see anyone inside. So we were double checked Google and it said it was open, so, we went back and tried the door a coupleof times and it was. I am glad we came back to make sure. The one thing we found in MN is restaurants serve a lot of food. Weshould have shared an entrée and appetizer. The food was good, just way too much. I realize that may not really be a problem, just something we were not prepared for.. We enjoyed all the food and would recommend.
