Bidra med feedbackFantastic IPA's and the barrel aged stouts are world class. Incredible pinball selection and maintenance is great as well. One of my top spots in the Twin Cities for both beer and pinball. Tom, Dan, and the rest of the crew are amazing.
I am a beer snob. I get the privilege to travel around and visit a bunch of places. Looking for a place to enjoy a nice brew in Minneapolis, Falling Knife jumped out at me. This place is solid. It's really good beer with really good people who make it. I spent a few hours here and when I left, I honestly felt like I was family. Don't miss out on this place. This place is not just amazing beer (their IPAs and barley wines are fantastic), it's great people and amazing community. My only regret, is I can't visit more often.
Full disclosure: I do not drink. However everyone that I 've come here with lives their beers. It 's been a while for me but the descriptions sound great. Why I love it though is it 's one of a few (but growing number of bars that actually have something for non drinkers. The days of oh, you 're sober? Well we got funky tasting soda from this soda gun. should be over and Falling Knife is helping with a fantastic choice of kombucha and hop waters. The people are cool and the music is great :
We enjoyed our visit to this brewery. Cool feel of a “bar” in this brewery. Nice people were working there when we visited. Beers were all above average.
It is a small brewery. What's not to love? They have a sour and IPA heavy menu. 17 beers on tap when I stopped in. Indoor seating is awesome! It looks like old restaurant booths. There is a small outdoor patio with wire patio furniture. Staff was friendly. Menu was on a QR code for convenience.
