They confirmed a tonne online order and had not even unlocked the doors, took a bundle of peoples money and let them out of the restaurant open an hour after they were planned. no refunds were offered. Once the senior hired the customers have let in, they all called to sit down and shout to all the customers who have requested information about their order. twisted between servants, stress and it. seems like a hard day on the job, but it was treated very unprofessional.

The worst chipotle I've ever seen. I never leave Yap reviews, but I had to experience this terrible experience. no cute in restaurant, the entire pop machine is broken and sprays over it when they try to use it. the juice containers look like they have not been cleaned for months. the doors were locked during business hours and instead of unlocking them, the employees had opened other customers the door for people who emigrate. once I was here, they ran out chips (how do they run out chips? and instead of reimbursing me, they told me to go to the app and apply for a refund themselves. they have actually only available online order. the only reason why I always come to this place is how convenient it is for me, but do not come to this chipotle stand when they have the option.

I like Chipotle, but this location is consistently and reliably poor.Corn is frozen and unseasoned, barbacoa is primarily gristle, steak is overcooked, chips are chewy. If you order online and they are out of an ingredient, there is no notification or effort to substitute it. None of these are one-off issues.Steer clear and go to Town Hall instead.

I pay hella money to get my lunch delivered and bruh today it the last time I order from this location. My food was cold! Like the beans, meat, rice, everything...smh bruh 40 dollars for ice cold food

Not sure why the reviews said it was small? my burrito was the largest i have ever received at a chipotle restaurant will be several meals for me. great vegan options at the whole chain. it was what you expect from chipotle, except they have never had tea at this location when i have gone in, so they lost a star.
