First time visiting this quaint place. Greeted promptly and seated quickly with no reservation in a comfy booth. Attentive professional service from Troy whose recommendations we appreciated! Table poured cosmopolitans hit the spot while we awaited our Caesar salad. We had ample time to enjoy the salad and cocktails before the server recommended quattro al forno arrived piping hot. Super pleased with the dish, with a nice variety of pastas and sauces. We ate to our hearts content, sadly with no room for dessert but plenty to take home as portions are generous! Grazie!

This is the real deal authentic Italian restaurant I can't speak to other locations but you can't go wrong with the downtown Minneapolis vibe. The food is pure comfort food that your Italian grandmother makes. Most entrees feed multiple people and are meant to be shared, family style. I was there on October 10, 2023, to celebrate my kid's 29th birthday. The service is excellent. We were greeted warmly the moment we found the correct door out of three possibilities and entered. The atmosphere is 1950s vintage perfection, like stepping back in time. As to cocktails, the Old Fashioned is a great as any I've sampled in Minneapolis...which is a big number I won't disclose, but I really enjoyed their version, and the food was delicious exactlyas you'd expect. It's a family friendly place, but also a great friends meet-up spot or date night dinner place as well. Highly recommend.

This restaurant is amazing. Service is great Edy was an amazing server, the food is excellent. Next time I come back to Minnesota, I'm definitely coming back.

A very homie old fashion spot. I love the stairs down to get inside. The portions are amazing for the price. The food tastes fantastic! I will be back again. My serve was John and he couldn’t of done a better job. My son and I enjoyed having you as our server. Thank you so much

We enjoyed this classic Italian bistro which was open late at night after our event at the Minneapolis Convention Center. Good food, fun atmosphere. I plan on returning next year.
