Mcdonald's - Mineral Wells

As a former employee I can most certainly agree with how employees are treated at this location. You are talked down to and management is not mature by any means. The leadership can be heard throughout the restraunt cussing and talking negatively about fellow employees annd customers as well instead of conducting it in the office. They live firing upon a whim if they don’t agree with you.. They have family working for them who like to talk down to the elderly employees by saying they have to be told 5 times how to do something and how old people don’t belong working there and this is coming from the managements daughter. It’s no wonder why you’re short staffed, grow up.

I just came throw the drive and I was not even at the red light and looked in my bag my food was up side down my baby was crying I did not want to come back but it's very very upsetting that I have to spend that much money on a happy meal and a big mac meal and it's upside down ..

My Sausage McGriddle was delicious at 7am this morning.

The huge lady who I assume is the manager is extremely rude to her workers. Could hear her yelling from outside the waiting area. They have curbside pick up but it’s never working. The place is also filthy.
