A great experience overall. Delicious food, fast, friendly service, and a nice atmosphere. The steak medallions were cooked perfectly to order! Lemon drop was very tasty.

My husband and I ordered the Prime Rib special and the Chicken Marsala. Unfortunately, we were underwhelmed by both dishes and their accompanying sides. The Prime Rib did not stand out in any way and we felt it wasn't worth the $40 price tag. The Chicken Marsala lacked any noticeable wine flavor. The cheesecake and Rainbow Sherbet also left something to be desired, tasting cheap and store-bought. However, the highlight of our meal was the salad, particularly the delicious croutons.

I went to a luxurious steakhouse at Carson Valley Inn. The food was amazing, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I treated my father to dinner for his 74th birthday and CV Steak exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this restaurant for a semi-formal or formal dinner.

Our server, Lilly, provided us with an incredible fine dining experience. The food was outstanding. While I always enjoy dining at the Steakhouse, Lilly elevated the experience to a new level!

The food and service at this restaurant were excellent. The prices for both food and drinks were very affordable.
