Mixology Experience - Minato

This bar is world class in any way wise. cost-effective drinks are worth more than the price. everyone is original, dry with a special presentation. the image shows an alcoholic egg that makes them directly in front of them with liquid nitrogen! of course it was fantastic. a service and real per barkeeper. they're looking for the way around and the cost.

One of my favourite bars in Tokyo and not just because they're around the corner from the office! Little difficult to find make sure you go down the right alley entrance but exiting the lift leads to another world. Fantastic service, creative cocktails served with flair.

A solid bar with great selection of self made cocktails. Cocktails taste nice but not out of this world. Prices were quite steep and four of us paid 4500 yen for 2 drinks each and a couple for assorted nuts and popcorn. Wasn't sure if there is a cover charge. Service was usual good with waiter offering his recommendation and helping us with the coats. Bar is near the Ropponggi subway so its barely a few minutes walk at worst. It's on the 4F so you have to take the lift up.

Terrible drinks... Can't taste any alcohol in them and very pretentious. Sounds amazing on paper but the drinks are very one dimensional and not well balanced.

Good drinks but .....bar owners needs to understand that when it comes to a bar, good drinks is on the 4th place. The atmosphere was awful , half of the bar was dark because there were not enough customers and the counter on this side was full of infused bottles with the labels of the original distillery. The counter height was too short and the armchair not comfortable. Not inspired music at all smth jazzy and if you are a smoker here comes the good part. You have to go down 4 floors and open an the emergency exit door and smoke there... They have to understand that when you charge 800yen sititng fee and then 2000 yen for a drink EVERYTHING down to the last detail has to be perfect!
