Bistro located on the 2nd floor of a building just off Roppongi Street onto Nichigeki Street. Visited for lunch. The interior exudes the atmosphere of a bistro on a street corner, with an L-shaped counter facing the open kitchen, 8 seats at the counter, 8 table seats, and a private room with 4 seats. Ordered a la carte. For starters, had white asparagus and foie gras sauté, red snapper carpaccio, and for mains, roast pork and Kumamoto-produced red beef steak. The slightly bold and well-seasoned dishes have a punchy flavor that whets the appetite. The elaborate dishes go beyond the realm of a typical bistro and offer impressive deliciousness on plates worthy of renowned restaurants. The dishes are also quite substantial, making them satisfying for those who enjoy hearty meals. Highly recommended for foodies, hearty eaters, and anyone else. Absolutely superb!
