Gèng Kē Shí Táng - Minabe

We went to Sarashina to eat kue nabe. The restaurant is beautiful and the food is delicious. We made a reservation before going. First, we had sashimi, and the swordfish belly was truly delicious, just like its name, with a chewy texture that was really tasty.

Minabe Station front. It seems better to make a reservation on weekends (counter seats are unavailable for reservation). Opens at 5pm. I had saury, squid, and bonito simmered in broth. They were all very delicious and reasonably priced! The atmosphere of the restaurant is also nice. Personally, I wish there were more types of sake. I would like to go again.

It is recommended to make a reservation as the restaurant is popular among locals. They are very accommodating to various requests, including budget, making it a highly appreciated establishment.
