Sportclub - Milwaukee

Amongst the happy hour crowd, found a table all the in the back. Typical bar food--nothing bad to say about it. The waiter did a superb job and was attentive. Enjoyed the crowd, the atmosphere, and the time here.

I love this spot. Not just because it’s around the corner from my place and happens to have really excellent bar food, but the staff is what keeps me coming back. They really know how to have fun while delivering excellent service. Taylor and friends are certainly running a tight ship and it shows. It’s a vibe. ?

It's a sports bar and a happy hour bar. If you hit it at odd times, you will have no problem getting a seat. The food is quite good with a varied menu. One weird thing, apparently their kitchen closes at 9 (at least on Fridays, when we last visited) so if you're looking for a later evening nosh, this place isn't it. The PSG sammy has migrated from the Nomad to here and it is a not-to-be-missed sandwich!

I had the orange chicken bowl and was surprised at how good and flavorful it was. I think this is the best orange chicken I have ever had. Total surprise. I wish I took a picture of it before eating it. Excellent for a good lunch!Food: 5/5

Entrees were better than you’d expect from a sports bar! Large venue with great atmosphere and outdoor seating in the downtown area across the street from the Pfister Hotel.
