Bidra med feedbackFantastic food and a lovely location. Often a long wait, this place has always been great. Creative recipes on your favorites, so expect something that is next level. My only disappointment was the tuna tar tar, as I didn't think the texture was as amazing as the sashimi cut I expected, but it had great flavor and presentation. I am also quite pleased with the flatware, as I normally get annoyed with cheap cutlery when everything else has such nice attention to detail. They really focused on the details here. The food here was top notch, and Tommy did a great job keeping things topped off. We will go back soon!
I normally tell everyone, that this is my favorite Asian Restaurant. I love the food. But I have had several bad service experiences. Most recently: On 12/24 at 8:50PM, I tried to place an order with Ruyi, using my comp $10 coupon. Something happened and it didn't show up on the order board. I spoke to the associate Ken to see if he could ring it up at the register. He took me to the order board, tried to order again. The coupon didn't show up. I showed on the app that the coupon was on there, and he walked off. I assumed he was going to get help, I waited 10 minutess and asked someone else if I could speak to a supervisor, as I hadn't seen Ken. She tried to help me as well and then got the manager. The manager, instead of just saying sorry, I'll address it, he instead defended Ken for leaving me stand there. I then walked through, for the 3rd time, I couldn't use the coupon. He told me I needed to go to guest services to make sure its active. I explained it was on the app, but it wasnt letting me apply it. He called guest services to have it fixed. Then came back, said i should be good, and had a busy waitress take my order instead of taking 5 extra minutes to just finish helping me, since I had been waiting for 30 minutes already just to place an order. So after another 5 minutes, the waitress was able to take my order, and was very friendly and more apologetic than anyone else I spoke to. Another 15 minutes, I finally got my food, which the manager couldn't be bothered to bring and make sure I was satisfied. No extra anything for the inconvenience. No final apology. Nothing. And the kicker, I get to my room, get ready to est, and they didn't even put to go cutlery in my bag. What a joke. I used to look forward to any trip to Milwaukee to stop here for food. But, the service has just been taking a big step back, that it's not worth taking the extra time to stop anymore.
There is a Boss named Cory or Corey idk how it is spelled but he is so rude making the entire place miserable. I was unaware of the 15% service charge for to-go orders and he made me feel like a child for asking about that. Such a rude customer service person
Hard to leave a review when they don’t bring your food. 45 minutes later and never got our food. Told our ticket was still 7th in line. We just left
Service was impeccable. Sarah was my waitress, she was great, very helpful even only have been working here for only a month. Sarah was the best part of the visit. The atmosphere is very nice but as far as the food goes though it was below par in my opinion. The pork buns were pretty doughy tasty and fluffy like they should be, it was disappointing as I was really looking forward to having them.
