Jersey Mike's Subs - Milwaukee

Today, I purchased 3 large sandwiches for myself and my business partners. Our experience at the restaurant was very disappointing. I requested for the person making my sandwich to use less sauce, but they added more instead. I accepted it and decided to pat it dry. When I went to pay, I spent $56 on 3 sandwiches and 3 bags of chips. I handed the cashier three $20 bills, but he returned my change on the counter instead of in my hand. Despite this, I still left a $4 tip and some change. Before leaving, the cashier mentioned that he forgot to charge me for cheese on one of the sandwiches and wanted to add $1.60 to the bill. I agreed to deduct it from the tip I had left. My business partners also had issues with their experience and we will all be submitting complaints. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Instead, go to Jimmy Johns across the street, where they treat their customers much better.

This is now my go-to spot for subs. I tried the original Italian and it was incredible. One of the employees, a girl with curly hair in a bun wearing a mask, really made my first visit to Jersey Mike's a pleasant one. I was a bit indecisive since it was my first time there, but she was patient and recommended some delicious options based on my preferences. The restaurant is also clean with a fantastic ambiance. I will definitely be skipping Subway and Jimmy John's from now on.

The bread at this restaurant is always hard as a rock! I was disappointed with the quality and even complained to corporate, but was told it was a franchise location. The owner never reached out to address my concerns. I will not be returning to this location, even if they offered me a free sub. I had to eat my sandwich without bread. This place is more concerned with making money than providing a good customer experience. I prefer the Mayfair Rd location and will be going there instead.

So disappointing. I really enjoy jersey mikes nationwide. but this place...needs help. if you're not parked right in front of them, which is impossible at this location, they don't walk 10 steps to see of you're nearby. and when I finally gave up on curbside I went in to get my order. the staff made a smirk. and then when I got home found out the order was complete wrong. the meats, the condiments. the drink. everything. submitted request for refund through corporate site and they just said its up to the local franchisee to whom they forwarded the message. no word at all from the franchise. never got my money. I even mentioned points would be fine for a future order. not even that. so disappointed.

Turkey Box Lunch was amazing!!! The cookie was super soft and delicious!
