Carrabba's Italian Grill - Milwaukee

Tonight for dinner. they were busy, but we sat right away! server was friendly and prompt! started with free fresh brot and olive oil with spices to dive! delicious! brot had with trio of marinara, alfredo tomatensauce as an appetizer, also delicious! we both had the Caesar salad, these could have used more definitiw dressing and each salat had exactly cro oneuton, one, this had us a bit nervous about what to expect! we had both trio combinations so we could try more! my was the trio of huh with captivating alfredo, all were awesome! my daughter had a trio with steak, huhn mezzanine (like ravioli) all were perfectly cooked and delicious! the ground for the 4/5 stars, apart from our very sad caesar salads, the restaurant was quite a chaos, the floors were disgusting. we saw them dropping silverware on the floor and went beyond, instead of catching it. we saw how they spilled/injected water on the floor and left that even though our server was beautiful, there is much space for improvement with the staff! we will definitely try them again!

The service was badly lasted, e.g. the server has checked the table for beverage orders. the escapes were delivered before we could finish the salads. the personal should be better trained on the customer experience. eating was over pfeffer and masked every taste of the meal. I would rather spend some more money and enjoy good Italian eating elsewhere.

Amazing service! I and a friend went here for prom and the staff was so friendly (as they were every time I come here) was great, we sat fast. they even made a special accommodation for seating for my big dress. we have lots of compliments, and the waitress even took care of our bill that was amazing (no care, we have a top lol.) 10/10 service

The chicken was overcooked, but the waiter just fixed it a bit! the calamari is very good and the alfredo was the best

Food is great, staff outstanding. Any issues we may have with our meal is quickly taken care of by replacing items even dropping the charge. We have eaten here many times have always been treated well.
