Bb's On North - Milwaukee

Had their pizza from food trucks at both Tosa Tonight and Tosa Fest. At Tosa Tonight my husband and I raved about how good it was and couldn’t wait to go to their restaurant- at Tosa Fest it definitely wasn’t quite the same. Hoping if we go to the restaurant it will be much more like first time!

Store owner is absurdly rude and wait time is obnoxious. Terrible food and quite possibly worst place I’ve been to in a while.

Excellent drinks, food and staff. Itza keeps the drinks filled and bar conversation lively.

This could be entirely my fault for trying a new place for a fish fry, especially when you have North Avenue Grill next door, but I was taken in with the sign in the window indicating that they had a Friday Fish Fry. I placed the order when they opened at 3:30 for a 4 pm pick up. They didn't even have the order when I got there, despite paying for it when I placed the order. I waited nearly 20 min without so much as an explanation or offer of a drink while I waited. As for the fish... meh. It was crispy, but lacked flavor and the fries were terrible. It has yet to be determined whether or not we would try the pizza, but I wasn't impressed with either the service or my order.

We got the cheese pizza, NY style. It was amazing! It's very hard to find real NY pizza in Milwaukee and this place knocked it out of the park! BB's is our new favorite pizza place!
