Original Pretzel Nuggets overly salty this time. Normally its perfect this time soooo salty. The Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Nuggets tho? Chefs kiss. Mouth watering. 10/10

Dasher had to wait almost 2 hours, weeks watching employees not working. FOR PRETZEL DOGS

It says they open around 11 and I was there around 11 and they told me that they were not open, not so misleading yet, but the customer service here has become really bad, they need to do better. Go to another place if you can!

Sign says it opens at 11:00. Try an order at 11:50. The guy said to come back in an hour. It's ridiculous he doesn't serve customers 2 hours after opening.

I usually have great experiences, but this experience was not on the way. I was here several times, especially Mayfair Mall itself. You have employees who really do not care, especially this (via photo). Usually I wouldn't do that, but her attitude was beyond repair. If you can't handle working in a mall, please don't. There are tons of people visit every day (also late). You'll order late. Since I was 16 I worked in resting companies. No excuse for such disgusting behavior. I'm not sure what the family said to this young lady, but she lost her cool. She has to learn a better customer service or just be fired for her horrific behavior. Bottom line, not order from here again after you witness what happened during waiting. No aunt Annie doesn't want to turn me to you either. There are so many bad reviews. Find out the problem. Thank you.
