Wagamama - Milton Keynes

Lovely atmosphere for a evening out with the family. Quick service and lovely staff who made the evening special. The food was very good quality and would definitely recommend

First visit and probably the last. I might be old fashioned but I expect as a family to eat together. The staff were friendly and the food was nice but nearly 20 minutes between the first of four of us and the last being served was not ideal.

23/12/23 15:30 16:30 Really friendly staff on door and serving. Seated quickly. Drinks arrived promptly but they’re my only positives from our visit. Ordered a chicken raisukaree (easy on the chillies), wok greens and a firecracker chicken. Wok greens were fine. My husband said the firecracker wasn’t as tasty as normal but ate it. Me I had to complain. The chicken was disgusting, 2 huge bits of onion with the root attached, peppers were mushy, huge amount of fresh chilli and the sauce was awful watery, almost split. I’d eaten the majority of the rice and edible vegetables when we got the attention of someone to complain , a replacement was offered which I declined and it was taken off the bill immediately. Wish I hadn’t eaten any of it as my stomach was really unhappy later in the evening. Usually can’t fault Wagamamas but this time it was appalling. To send out food looking like mine shows sloppy standards but I will acknowledge the member of staff did try to resolve and refunded cost of meal.

The restaurant was very clean ,food was impressed ,,,,, service a little slow but overall was very good

Kept waiting when we could see empty tables. Server didn’t know how to use her handheld order taker. She managed to forget to order some dishes, even though she repeated everything, so some of us hadn’t eaten anything when others had finished theirs. Really a good example of very poor management letting their own staff down. As we left we walked past empty tables to an even longer queue!
