Bidra med feedbackAs a newcomer to Japanese cuisine, the highlight of my dining experience at this restaurant was the delicious ramen. The serving speed and quality of the food were fantastic, providing pure happiness with every bite. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone craving Japanese cuisine.
To begin with, the only thing on my mind while waiting to be seated was ramen. And let me tell you, I was not disappointed. The ramen was absolutely incredible, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend this place if you're in the mood for some delicious Japanese cuisine!
Ordered delivered even though driver had picked up at Food was stone cold so I put prawns in oven, that’s when I saw the hair!!! Cost for meal which I threw away and got credit!! Was in live chat...and even that service was terrible. one thing that was funny, the driver dropped on doorstep and legged it away) he knew!!
We visited a restaurant before a show in November and were impressed with the top-notch food and service. We have dined at several Wagamama locations across the globe, including in New Zealand, but this was hands down the best steak teriyaki soba we've ever had. Our server, Sophie, was delightful and efficient, passing along our compliments to the talented chef, Amele. When I went to thank Amele personally at the end of our meal, she was positively beaming. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip to MK.
Called to wagamama tonight after work for a bite to eat on my own while I finished off some emails. it's always a little daunting heading to a restaurant on your own, but you get used it after you've done it a few times. Unfortunately...for me, the MK Xscape wagamama is more of a hub for Ubër Eats/Deliveroo than looking after customers inside the restaurant. I stood in their doorway for about minutes without even an acknowledgement of my presence from any of the staff. of the staff were busy away packing orders for the various delivery drivers that ushered past me in the narrow doorway (Good job their isn't a viral disease going around) other staff were pottering around the place, putting out fresh menus and such. But honestly, nobody was (or ever should be) that busy not to acknowledge a customer in the doorway, waiting to be seated. Even a Sorry, we're a little busy, we'll be with you as soon as we can or Can we get you a drink while your waiting to be sat or Hello for that matter. Poor.
