Bidra med feedbackAfter reading reviews from a year ago, I found that the café was still poor and improvements had not been made. The play equipment is suitable for young children under 5, but the overall appearance of the place is tired. It took 45 minutes to get a coffee due to only one staff member serving customers. Instead of apologizing for the delay, the staff member complained about the drinks machine being broken. It raised concerns about the safety of the establishment with only one employee present. I will not be returning and would rather pay more elsewhere for a safer experience. It is unfortunate as the potential for greatness is there.
During my visit to the play center, I experienced an accident that resulted in a disputed incident report. I believe the establishment has a safety issue that needs to be addressed, and I have contacted the Trading Standards Department for further assistance.
The cafe was disappointing. The quality of the coffee was below standard. There was only one person handling both front of house and cooking, resulting in slow service. There was no menu, and the only thing on display was a chocolate stand. Despite its prime location in MK, I expected better quality.
I highly recommend Mini monsters. I go on a weekly basis with my 4 year old. It’s very clean and has plenty to keep the little ones occupied. The food is good and very well priced, I can’t rate the chai lattes enough! The staff are all friendly and helpful, especially the manager Harry who always makes us feel so welcome.
Visited for the first time lovely warm welcome, great to have table service! Great interaction off the staff which is lovely when your visiting new places! Kids loved harry, it's great that the staff are willing to join in with the kids unlike grumpy 360 staff! Will be returning very soon
