Bidra med feedbackFood was lovely. Happy hour was on for prebooked customers for tapas and also for cocktails. Loved it. Will go again!
This restaurant does not give value for money. We spent £60 for two people on 6 plates of tapas and two drinks. The tapas had been pre prepared, due to the quickness of the service. There are better restaurants out there, which will give more for your money.
Being familiar with La Tasca in Nottingham (now closed we had some La Tasca gift vouchers to spend and Milton Keynes was convenient. It was immediately apparent that, although it was lunchtime on a weekday, our restaurant, along with the many others in the precinct, were empty. Great service (well we were the only ones in! but the food was only OK. I guess it's difficult to provide appetizing food under these circumstances. I would recommend La Tasca on previous experience, but only just. Another average experience like this and that will change.
A Friday lunch outing to MK for three. Somewhere to catch up. A bit on the quiet side, but we were warmly welcomed. Opted for three tapas to start with followed by a carne paella. We had problems reading the menu, photo-copies were a bit blurred. Asked for replacement ones, the side we were originally looking was readable this time but the backs were not. But we managed. It was obvious we were not in a rush, asked if we wanted it all at once, said leave paella till tapas finished. We chatted a bit, well quite a bit. Waitress said main was ready, asked if it could be kept warm. When we asked for it, it came just luke warm. But it was tasty. An enjoyable lunch.
Great choice of tapas, wine was great and service was just right!
