Bidra med feedbackSub par customer service. Was told would have to wait 15 minutes after placing my order until they got it. And another 20 to make it. Very rude and when she made sure they hadn't gotten it. It was there already waiting. Maybe take the time to trainyourself and your employees right Alesha so that situations like these can be solved without having to be proven wrong by acustomer.
I absolutely love Subway. Great sandwiches with a wide choice of fillings. However it has become so expensive to go there now, I can only afford it when I get some coupons in the mail. They do send out coupons quite regularly though.
The subway was open but no one answered the drive there after waiting for twenty minutes I left. Not going back.
One whole hour to get two foot longs thru the drive they here . This subway really needs to have more than one person working. Seems completely unfair to the one worker in there to be trying to handle the customers at the window along with customerscoming in and online orders and very irritating as a customer to have to wait so long. An entire hour is crazy rediculous!
They are a good place to eat and very fresh sandwiches but the customer service was not very good today. I pulled up and the girl working there saw me pull in and the guy inside was busy and she wandered around the kitchen refusing to come to thedrive-through window so I drove away to somewhere else. You should at least acknowledge people
