The Hangar is one of our main “go to” local restaurants because we enjoy the food, the staff is beyond awesome and our son loves everything aviation. Last evening he had the honor to meet and talk aviation with two gentlemen who later were brought over to our table were we continued the conversation. Thank you to the great folks at The Hangar for taking him over there and for yet another wonderful dining experience. They don’t just treat you like a customer, they treat you like family.

Great cocktails here and really good pie. The burger was perfect and fresh toppings too. The fries were amazing with the sauce. The lasagna was pretty good but a bit too acidic for my tastes and could use a bit more garlic bread especially for the price. The restaurant was clean and the service was fast and friendly. The fried green tomatoe sandwich was out of this world good. Plenty of parking here also. Now.. the prices.. are pretty high. I'm not sure what justifies a 16 dollar price tag for an average sized burger with bacon and an onion ring. Just the regular burger was 14 dollars with fries. With a coke that bumps up to 18+ with tax. Pretty insane. There's hardly anything on the menu for under 15. I know inflation is bad right now but wow.. 3 cokes.. 2 sandwiches and a lasagna with tip was 80 dollars. Yikes guys..
Hard to give a 2 star, the only reason is because of our server Emma. At 6 p.m., I can understand why this restaurant was 80% empty. The food was horrible except for my wife's salad. To start the fried green tomatoes were cut too thick so that made them tough and not thoroughly cooked. The batter fell off so probably no egg was used. Next, was a simple hamburger fully dressed that was bland and tasted like it was frozen out of a box. My wife's Alfredo had some weird (according to the lady there that didn't introduce herself), Greek spice that overpowered her meal. I tasted it and I thought it was too much Thyme or bay leave, maybe even basil wasn't sure. My wife has eaten Alfredo in so many restaurants and she knows a good Alfredo, it's her favorite dish. I agreed with my wife that we couldn't understand why Greek seasoning instead of Italian. Anyway, this is our take on this restaurant. We do want to thank Emma for making the environment pleasant.
