Blackwater Bistro - Milton

Excellent meal. Such a cute small town. Our server, Madison, was so attentive and sweet. Awesome night!

My husband and I 1st time at restaurant. Poor food, poor service. Husband's ribs tuff, mashed potatoes and gravy cold. My grouper was cold, sent back for more cold fish. Server never asked if 2nd better. Sever at table several time to give checks, never took a dish or plate away. We will try 1 more time, if bad again.. That's just waste of our time, experience and money. 3-13-21

I live in South Florida stay with a friend in Milton a few months out of each year. I still don't know the area well but came across Blackwater Bistro while hoping to find a really good Muffaletta without having to drive to NOLA. This place has been one of my favorite things about Milton. It's really pretty inside. Clean. Awesome, friendly staff. Being on the river is a nice bonus the food is EXCELLENT! Their Muffalleta is definitely my favorite the olive tapenade on it is incredible. We've tried everything from the cajun cheesecake to the triple threat creole pasta as well as at least 2 or 3 dishes from every section of their menu have yet to come across a meal we didn't love. Definitely a not so hidden gem of the area

Quaint little place that big on taste. We shared the Chicken Waffle Sandwich that was Huge. Very exciting flavors.

Blackwater Bistro is such a great local spot! The atmosphere is so inviting, the service is wonderful, the restaurant is very clean and the food is fantastic! I have visited many times and I’m never disappointed!! I highly recommend and will be back!
