Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

I was in Milton for an event. When it was over about 25 of us came here for lunch. We had a private room that was very pleasant. The food was typical Swiss Chalet quite good. Service was very good. Prices keep going up that lowers the value as nothing changes. This is why I have not frequented SC for a a few years. Overall a good experience and will probably be back next year with the same group.

When I placed my order they doubled checked it, then when my order came (for 6 dinners), they again, went over everything, and asked is all is ok, if there was anything else. Very concerned that all was ok

Have been goling here for over 25 years and this day was the worst service I have ever seen. Started with a 10 minute wait at reception along with numerious other groups because no one was on duty. Two wait staff were trying to manage the entire place and eventually one came to find us a table but numerous tables were stacked with dirty dishes because no one even had time to clean them. No sign of bus boys or even a manager. Took 10 minutes to get a waitress to take our order and then nearly 20 minutes for our lunch to arrive. All through this 30 minutes the lobby was stacked with people having the same problem trying to get someones attention. Thank goodness we were not in a hurry and the chicken was excellent as usual. Management needs a kick in the butt to get this place back into shape and offer the great service it once had.

My wife and I, accompanied by our two adult children, enjoyed an afternoon meal at this very popular local restaurant. We have eaten here a number of times, and have always had excellent meals and service. We all had the quarter chicken white meat, with fries, and as always the meals arrived piping hot and timely. Thanks to Pauline for her wonderful service: keep up the good work! One of Milton's best places to eat.

It was fairly busy at lunchtime.  Wanda, my server, said it's because it was raining and it will probably be busy tonight too. I was hungry and ordered what I always order ... a half chicken dinner with mashed potatoes.  Everything seemed hot and fresh.  The mashed potatoes were hot and not salty.
