Subway - Milton

The staff was very polite, but the food was definitely not fresh - it tasted stale. Additionally, they did not have all of the varieties of cheese that Subway typically offers.

I ordered a cold cut combo sandwich on white bread with lettuce and tomatoes. Unfortunately, the tomatoes tasted strange and I ended up feeling sick after eating them. It was the only thing I had eaten that day.

I went to dinner tonight (July 15) and had to wait about 15 minutes to order because there was only one staff member working. She was great, but unfortunately, the only positive part of my experience. When it was my turn to order, they asked me which vegetables I wanted. To my dismay, I noticed that the lettuce was brown and almost all of the other containers were covered in ice. The vegetables in the containers looked wilted or frozen. I asked if they had any fresh lettuce, and the staff member said yes. However, she just dumped another bag of brown lettuce into the container. I expressed my disappointment, mentioning that this should not be served to customers and that their standards have really declined. This used to be my favorite place to eat, but this experience really put me off. It's not a good sign when a company with a motto of "eat fresh" is not providing fresh ingredients. I would not recommend this place until they improve their standards.

The guy at night shift he doesn't know how to deal with customer he was very rude and arrogant.

Very polite and professional staff lady was very polite on the counter ,that taking order i visited near 4 pm was a great experience and my order was also prepared very nicely.?Vegetarian options: Veggie pattyParking: Enough parking available
