Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Milton

Worst fried chicken at this point. The chicken smelled rotten fish, whistled as soon as I had the first bite and threw it to the waste. That's the third time it happened to me. Also they are from the Louisiana sauce most of the times and they calculated 1$ extra to have 2 thighs and 1 leg but I got 1 thigh and 2 leg. You're smart, but you play foul.

This review is specifically for this location's customer service, and to correct the false impressions from previous positive reviews left from others who are clearly from the restaurant staff's family and friends. To be more specific the ladies at this location who work the cash register and fill the orders at the front counter. These individuals should re-evaluate how they speak to thier customers. Unacceptably rude and abrasive. Time after time visiting this location I've witnessed these individuals mistreat countless customers. Finally decided to write a review about it. The staff clearly have no intention to keep repeating customers coming back. Spend your money elsewhere. This location doesn't deserve your hard earned money.

Ordered a combo. The spicy chicken is definitely the way to go, much more flavourful than the regular one. Staff was very attentive and kind and service was quick.

I hadn't had Popeyes in a very long time because I was so done with the reduced quality across most locations and other fried chicken options popping up around the GTA. Nonetheless, I decided to give this location another try and was pleasantly surprised. The service was actually on point, and the quality of the food was really good. The tenders were of good size and made fresh, and the classic chicken sandwich as well. This was the first time I had a quality meal from Popeyes in a very long time. Seeing previous poor reviews of this location makes me wonder if the management has changed or if they have simply improved their quality of service and food in response to customer complaints. Either way, I hope they keep it up because it will surely result in me returning for more.

I dont like to give bad review but this time i really have to because i love eating popeyes so much but today i went to this location and ordered a chicken sandwich and a deal of the day( 3piece chicken). I have added photo look at the chicken they added in sandwich is like nugget and the chicken was literally taste like a refried chicken, it wasn't crispy and had taste not good at all. I still love popeyes but not ever going to this branch.
