NEVER GO HERE THE STAFF ARE HORRIBLE. i have ordered form your store many times and have even tagged you in my recent Instagram post. i absolutely love your items. however, tonight i had the absolute worst experience. there were three women working; a blonde and two brunettes one whom wore glasses. they were extremely rude and overcharged me for my items. they charged me for a smoothie bowl when i ordered a smoothie and when i confronted her about it she said it was my job to tell her and it was too late i had to pay anyways. SHE WORKS THERE. so i got a smoothie with no toppings obviously since i didn’t order a smoothie bowl and still paid the extra money. they made me feel like absolute trash and i will not be returning. In conclusion: DO NOT GO HERE THE STAFF ARE ENTITLED AND RUDE. DISGUSTED AT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE

My husband and I went to Fresh Addicts for lunch. He picked the 'very berry ' salad and I had the beet salad. Definitely the freshest, most delicious salads, made quickly and served with a smile. And the smoothies were amazing as well. We will gladly make the little detour off the 401. Can you open a franchise in Waterloo for us??

Stopped in for lunch mid week. Was not busy, although the location is kind of odd (plaza in the middle of nowhere off the hwy). It is a small spot so I'm glad it wasn't busy. I ordered a salad and then after it was half mixed I was told that a key ingredient was not available and I was disappointed that they didn't just tell me that upfront so I could select something else. So they let me select something else. The salad was GREAT. This place is way better than freshii and I wish I lived closer so I could visit more frequently.

I had trouble finding healthy food options near the airport, but I discovered this hidden gem less than 20 minutes away. The quinoa bowl with sesame tofu was amazing, and all the ingredients were so fresh and worth the price. The smoothie bowls were incredible. We also got some juices for our early morning flight. The restaurant is family-owned, and the service was extremely kind and friendly. The atmosphere is simple and inviting with lots of beautiful plants. I wish we lived closer!

I started going to fresh addicts literally the day it opened. Customer service was good at the beginning and started to become worse I started to Go. Disrespected even if I'm a regular and one of their first customers. Never coming back.
