Castle Lounge & Cafe - Milton

My wife and I decided to visit Castle after having dinner close by as we had a hankering for some sheesha. The atmosphere there doesn't come off as the cleanest but the staff is great (though when we went they were a little short staffed). We didn't try anything off the menu, but they did have a nice selection of juices.

The Matcha mochi was super soft with a delicious matcha cream filling. The Earl Grey Cream Puff had an amazing aroma, with a crispy shell and a soft interior. The Hojicha ice cream was my favorite, with a heavenly taste and aroma. However, I felt that it was a bit overpriced for the portion size. The seasonal Peach cream was refreshing but a bit bland, while the Peach Tart was very tasty and had a spring-like vibe. As for drinks, I fell in love with the rich flavor of the Hojicha latte. The cafe and pastry shop had a lovely atmosphere, with a spacious back room that was unfortunately quite crowded. Despite the proximity to closing time, it was difficult to find a table. I will definitely return to try more items on the menu.

Really aesthetic and cute vibe! The peach soft serve is so delicate and delicious. The cream puffs here are also really good, and the worker was so nice. She noticed that we were chatting for a long time, so she offered to put the cream puffs in the fridge so they wouldn’t spoil. Thanks!

We tried the Peach and Matcha soft serve swirl, Matcha daifuku, and Kinako daifuku. The soft serve was pleasantly not too sweet, and the combination of peach and matcha flavors surprisingly worked well together. The daifuku desserts were filled with cream and topped with their respective powders, adding a nice touch of flavor. I particularly enjoyed the matcha cream in the soft mochi. Overall, Bloom offers a delightful selection of Japanese-inspired treats in a cozy and inviting atmosphere. I would definitely recommend checking it out for a sweet treat in the area.

All the desserts and drinks we had here was so good!! Especially loved the yuzu matcha cake, i also really enjoyed the earl grey and espresso ice blended. The flavors are strong but not overpowering. The space inside is surprisingly large and clean!
