Great experience for dinner and keep the children entertaining. I generally love it. The food is just okay, very simple. Cocktails are not good either.

We had reserved 8 people on a Sunday night and sat right at a table. After more than 20 minutes that no one came by to bring water or drink/appetitor orders, I finally approached the Hostess stand and asked if we had a service. They said they would try to find out who it was and send them. After another 5 minutes our waitress came. She was pleasant and took our orders and the food came fast. After we had finished eating, we were not dressed again to clarify the table or ask for Dessert and finally had to ask the waitress after dessert. She brought menus, took the order and then we waited another 20 minutes until the dessert comes. Everything took so long and when we finally saw the waitress and planned to just cancel the order that she brought him. It was a Sunday evening and the game was finished and there were only 3 more tables that were fed at this point. It was a really disappointing and long meal it is a shame because on the reservation we noticed that it was for a birthday, but it was not recognized at all.

Service is sucked. It took 15 minutes to get the waiter to the table and get our drink order. Then it was 25 minutes before I got my drink. I talked to the manager and he seemed like he could take care of less. The food was good.

I had my bday celebration there. Even though we had a reservation we had to wait over an hour for a table. The server said oh sorry we didn’t think we get that packed today so can you wait 15 minutes for a table. We said sure and before you know it, it’s an hour before we finally sit. My friend had to go to the front desk and tell them what is happening. They were a actually about to sit a group of 7 people that had a reservation for 7:30pm. I believe they forgot about us and we had to remind them. The sun waiter was pretty bad as well. When he walked up the table he was like “are you going to eat”? I was like um yes he said ok and took our order. After that we didn’t see him that often. We ask for water and it took 30 minutes to get water and one point we had to get up to get our own silverware. We already ask for it 3 times.
