The staff here is so awesome, and so kind. As someone who can?t have dairy I was loving the options. This is one of the best bakery?s! I?ve had so many items from here and everything is always so delicious!

The pastries and other desserts are made with care and attention to detail. I appreciated the variation on a traditional brownie. I believe it was richer than usual, like it had a bit more flavor, and had some black berry on top. I'd go out of myway to drop in again!

Best meal and safest meal we had since the celiac of my daughter as family. the food was delicious and with rich aromen. will definitely go back!

Best customer service ever!! Above and beyond. So grateful to have a place I can eat and feel 100% safe. Pastries are BEYOND and don't taste gluten free at all; so delicious.

Twist is a completely gluten-free restaurant with delicious baked meals that are exhibited for eating or going out. everything is fresh and tagged with colored points, whether it is vegan, has eggs, nuts, etc. while not many vegan options for lunch they have a vegan package, large black bohnenburgers, or create their own as they are friendly and helpful
