Bojangles Of Millers Creek

We always stop here coming back from Shatley Springs. Today was different, we walked in around 2p.m. The guy that was bagging food greeted us and said he would be with us shortly. Yes, we had a short wait, but now-a-days, you wait everywhere you go, so it was no problem. He took our order, and went back to bagging up orders. Most people stood around waiting for their food, my family and I sat down. He came over twice, once to inform us of why we were still waiting and the other to actually bring us our food! Customer service while being short staffed definitely needs to be acknowledged! He didn't have a name tag and he was too busy as we left for us to interrupt to ask his name. Management should definitely know who he is. We greatly appreciate the service we received today! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This has always been my favorite Bojangles, but yesterday morning was a bad day. I ordered 2, ch,egg& cheese biscuits add tomato and mayo. The man behind me ordered a b,egg& cheese, after several minutes he got his. Then I was brought a bag with a Cajun fillet and b,e& cheese, I told them what I had ordered and was told they didn't have a ticket for that, and after stating that I know what I ordered she got the manager to look at the register to find my order. She couldn't find it and after several minutes brought me a bag with my order minus tomato and mayo, after another few minutes I was handed a bag with Mayo and two tomato slices. But the worst part was the attitude, it went from a friendly greeting at entrance to a rude you're lying to us attitude at exit. I'm done with poor service Food: 4 Service: 1

The staff at this Bojangles has always been friendly. Plus they usually get your order right I don't know if I've ever had to order wrong here. If you like Bojangles you shouldn't be disappointed with this one. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
