Bidra med feedbackAbsolutely love their food!! We had the Brunswick Stew and BBQ last night-the best in town
Ever since I lived on Chicago I've always been on the lookout for a great hot dog joint, and I finally found it. This place is the bomb-diggity! Nestled in between a bunch of sorority and frat houses in downtown Milly, this little jewel sits in a small corner building. You can go inside or drive-up window. I'll start with the employees, everyone of which is always smiling, polite, professional and EFFICIENT! They have every kind of hotdog you want, made fresh and to order. The dogs are Nathan's I believe, not the little red dogs you get at a corner store. I usually order a Chicago dog with mustard, chili, cheese, onions, slaw and tomatoes. I usually go in once every couple weeks or so but I never get tired of these dogs! All the dogs and veggies are fresh and made on the spot. They cater to alot of the college crowd so the prices are extremely reasonable, and you get alot of bang for your buck. Make sure you get the glass bottle Coke to do with it. Oh and ask for a fork, you're gonna need it! Parking is cramped but there is plenty of street parking. Once you've gotten all fat and lethargic from that good chow it's a short blocks walk to downtown Milly so you can blow off those wonderfully hideous extra pounds you just put on. I'll probably have my final moments here having a heart attack from my gluttonous binging; I don't care. (I didn't attach photos because I eat my food so fast once I get it) Highly recommend and will return over and over and over... Hi Ho!
Great place to eat! Make sure to get the fried pickles! Good Chicago dog.
Great food and customer service, the root beer float on was amazing
Doesn 't look like much, but I have to say they were delicious hot dogs! I had the pickleback which had 2 perfectly fried pickles pears, those French fried onion straws you put on green bean casserole (it said fried onions, so this caught me off guard) and ranch dressing. My husband had a naked dog with pimento cheese which he said was tasty with a little zip. The hot dog wasn 't a skinny little dog; it was a thick one and they cook them on rollers! In my opinion, they weren 't hot enough and the roll need love with either steam or grill, but overall was delicious and filling. People running it were very friendly and appreciative of business.
