Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Nice change from the usual burger joints. Nice tasting beef smashed to the thickness of paper, shoe string fries and delicious custard. Friendly service and a nice atmosphere. I wanted a Chicago hot dog, but think the cost of a is too high.

The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was extremely friendly. I had the single burger which was cooked to perfection for me and a yummy mini strawberry shake. The wait for the food was not long and I highly recommend this place for a quick bite. This was my first visit and I definitely plan to return

Burger, fries and concrete were great, staff was pretty friendly, restaurant was clean. The hours on the door say the don?t close until 10 PM on Sunday, but at 8:00 the soda machine had been shut down, chairs were being put up and floors were being mopped.

First time there and the good was fabulous! Cooked fresh to order, best fries ever! Staff was friendly, unfortunately I was to full to try the frozen custard but I will try to save room next time:

I?ve eaten at this location a total of five times. And I believe today was the worst. First off, dining in is always a huge mistake. But I like sitting down with my family to eat. So I tend to give it a shot anyways. I can tell drive thru takes precedence over the dining room. Which I understand. But to wait 15mins for my food being the only customer in the dining room is ridiculous. This is the norm when I go. Every single time. It?s always a very long wait time. The other issue this evening was the cashier who rung me up. She was sitting at the table looking out the window with a headset on, slowly got up when I walked in, made her way to the counter and seemed so disgruntled and annoyed. She didn?t speak unless spoken to (taking my order). She was not happy the least bit. Another issue is like others pointed out, a lot of sitting around by employees at a booth. Every time I go in, they have a table specifically for them sitting. Their personal items will be on the table, and they continuously go back and forth between customers. And lastly, the women?s bathroom ALWAYS smells like sewage. It?s clean. But smells terrible. The food is GREAT! As always! The staff is usually always nice, especially when the manager is there. She is always super nice. But this evening the cashier was not feeling it and I wasn?t the most pleasant experience.
