Fantastic pizzas, especially the gluten free bases, and wonderful staff!

Had THE WORST experience with these people. After picking up 3 pizzas and opening the boxes only to find soggy and oily pizzas with burnt toppings. Our pizzas were not even the ones we ordered. Pizzas were not hot and tasted reheated. When we called and spoke to the manager NATALIE we were told that whether or not they were correct or not, they would not be making new pizzas or offering a refund, even after we told her we would be bringing them back. Natalie’s customer service was absolutely disgusting and, for a manager, completely unacceptable. We thought we would give these guys a shot given our normal pizza place was closed tonight but we will not be going back ever again and will ensure that everyone knows how terrible their pizzas and manager are.

I'm not a big pizza eater so haven't been in little while but the pizza here is delicious.

Disgusting service and rude. I was told my pizza was ready when I called about a cancelled item on ubereats, they kept my pizza sitting there for an hour when I got the order it was soaked with oil and stone cold. Just awful all round. Dog was happy! If you are aware that 'uber takes an hour to assign a driver ', why leave the pizza to go stale?! Sorry the fault is yours, not uber!
