This sushi restaurant, located inside a Whole Foods, offers better quality and more reasonably priced sushi compared to the sushi restaurant in the same plaza. I have been coming here for years and the chefs are friendly and talkative, always willing to answer any questions I have. I have enjoyed various unique sushi rolls such as spice rubbed sushi, sushi with multiple types of fish, quinoa sushi, and black rice sushi which has double the protein of regular sushi rice. There is a wide selection of rolls to choose from and they are constantly adding new and exciting options. Don't underestimate this place just because it is inside a Whole Foods. Whenever I am in Milford, this is my go-to spot for sushi.
