Luna Rossa Pizzeria - Milford

Chris gave us a meal at work and it was by far the best food we had from every Milford restaurant....

The lady behind the counter was rude. Also.. this is a pizza place not a fine restaurant, so why did I get attitude at the counter about ordering.. I didn't think it was possible to screw up garlic knots, but this place made me see that it is possible. The knots were dry and there was no garlic flavor. They should just call them bread knots. the people I was with enjoyed their food, but not me. Someone told me they had good food, that person can choke on it. if you actually like food that tastes good I Do Not Recommend Luna Rossa. The only redeeming quality was the server.

Have dined here in the past, and agree with past posts, the food is very good. However, the older women with longer blond/white hair who was waiting on us, was rude, pushy and needs an attitude adjustment. We actually up and walked out. I wanted my pasta on the softer side, which I was told it is already pre-cooked al'dente, and that's how it's served. The cooks would not prepare the pasta to my liking which just required it to be cooked a little longer (who's paying for this? . I hope the owner really reads these reviews and realizes that this women is not an asset to the business. With the elevated prices to dine out, who needs to be abused and to top it off, tip her to be treated like this. And if she is your wife? Good luck and God Bless....?

Great pizza for sure considering there are so many pizza joints in the area. Highly recommended.

Food is decent, but they charged us .50 for PLASTIC forks. I find this to be poor customer service, and bad business. After a fairly pricey order, charging for forks seems very cheap. Won’t be coming back.
