Waited nearly half an hour for a large chips and 3 hamburgers. We were the only people in the store.Get home, chips are dry and even though i asked for chicken salt we were given no salt at all. One bite into my burger to find it still pink on the inside. Checked the other 2 which were both variations of pink as well. Phoned the store and told them, "oh okay" was the response i got. After 5 minutes of silence she then said "well do you want to bring them back and get fresh ones or". There was no apology, no quality of customer service.Took the burgers back. Waited another half an hour. Get home, burgers cooked much better but by now the aforementioned chips are stone cold, which doesn't really matter because they couldn't have gotten any worse anyway.The only good thing to say is that you do get a lot of chips for your money. Unfortunately they're just not good chips.
